At Goosebump, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you safely, on time, and exactly as described. As many of our products fall under personal use and intimate wellness categories, they are sealed for hygiene, health, safety, and quality assurance purposes.
Accordingly, products sold under these categories are non-returnable once delivered unless they are received damaged, defective, incorrect, expired, or otherwise eligible under this policy. This policy helps maintain the highest standards of product safety and customer protection.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will make every reasonable effort to cancel your order before it enters the packing or shipping process. However, due to the speed at which orders are processed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Eligibility
* Orders that have not yet been packed, processed, or dispatched may be cancelled and refunded in full.
* Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
* Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed only to the original payment method or source account used for the purchase.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to the customer’s UPI ID or bank account details provided through the registered email address associated with the order.

Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
* You received the wrong product.
* The product arrived damaged or defective.
* The product was delivered past its usable expiry date.
* The product is covered under an applicable warranty claim.
* The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
* You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
* You must provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue being reported.
* The return request must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team before the item is returned.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

Replacements
Where a return claim is approved, we will generally prioritize providing a replacement product.
Depending on product availability, we may offer:
* A replacement of the same product; or
* An alternative product of equal or higher value.
If a higher-value replacement is offered due to our error, Goosebump will bear the additional cost.
If a customer requests an upgrade for personal preference, the customer must pay the applicable price difference.
Approved replacement orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, subject to stock availability and courier timelines.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
* A cancellation request is approved before dispatch.
* A replacement is unavailable.
* A return claim is approved and a refund is deemed appropriate.
* A verified issue cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement.
Refund Processing
* Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.
* Where no physical return is required, approved refunds will be processed after verification of the claim.
* Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited only to the original payment method or source account used for the purchase.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s UPI ID or bank account details shared from the registered email address associated with the order.
* For security and fraud prevention purposes, Goosebump may request additional verification before processing a COD refund.
* Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment source, wallet, card, bank account, or third-party account, except as required for verified COD refund processing.
* Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, card issuer, UPI platform, or financial institution.

Personal Use Products
Products sold under personal use, intimate wellness, sexual wellness, hygiene, or similar categories are non-returnable once delivered due to hygiene, health, and safety considerations.
Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for such products will only be considered if:

* The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
* The product has expired or is past its usable expiry date.
* The product is covered under an applicable warranty claim.
* The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with appropriate evidence.
Once a personal use product has been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with, it will not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
